Advisory Bodies
The Alliance Council
The Alliance Council is made up of representatives of all the organizations who are part of the Alliance for Science. Each organizational member of the Alliance has one representative on the Alliance Council. The Council has two responsibilities: (1) advising the Board of Directors during the development of the Alliance’s strategic goals and (2) deciding how to most effectively pool the strengths and assets of Council members to achieve their common objectives in implementing the goals of the Alliance.
The Expert Advisory Board
The Expert Advisory Board consists of people who are recognized as distinguished experts in their chosen fields of endeavor. They serve as a source of expert advice, counsel and support for the Board of Directors and the Alliance Council.
